Meeting Early Childhood Outcomes

Under IDEA, states are required to report data on child outcomes the the State Performance Plan (SPP) and the Annual Performance Report (APR). These plans include Indicator 7: Early Childhood Outcomes. This is a results indicator that measures the percentage of preschool children ages 3-5 with IEPs who demonstrate improved (a) positive social emotional skills, (b) acquisition and use of knowledge and skills, and (c) use of appropriate beahaviors to meet their needs. When comparing Vienna District #55 performance to state targets and other Illinois Early Childhood program performance, Vienna District #55 is exceeding!
