Notice of Public Hearing To Transfer Funds
The Board of Education of Vienna Elementary School District No. 55, of Johnson County, Illinois, will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 28th. 2026, at 5:45 p.m., to receive oral or written comments or questions on the District’s intent to transfer funds in the proposed amount of $100,000 from its Tort Fund to its Operation and Maintenance Fund, as authorized pursuant to the Illinois School Code,105 ILCS 5/17-2A. This meeting will be held in the Vienna Elementary School Board Room, located at 310 North 3rd Street, Vienna, IL 62995.
